Return & Refund Policy
If any items you purchased fail to meet your expectation, including defective, damaged, not as described, you can return them for a refund.
To be eligible for returns, please confirm that:
-Items to be returned remain unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in original packing with original label.
Customers have 7 days from the date of receive to change your mind and return the items. You can request a return by contacting us at [email protected].
Please send an email with your invoice ID and the reason you want to return any item from your order to our customer care staff at [email protected]. Within 1-2 business days after receiving your inquiry, our customer care staff will respond with solutions and return instructions.
We will refund once when we’ve received the item you’ve returned.
The refund will be returned in 3 business days after receiving your returns and after verification, please check your account.
There might be a little bit of delay for your refund request. If you have any question, please contact us at [email protected], we will reply you as soon as possible.
Please note: The original order’s shipping costs are not refundable.
